I have been reading your threads since learning about your site a few days ago. There is a lot here that bowls me over. But this thread bothers me because I knew Rick Stoner. I do not remember the events that led up to Rick's death the same way as others. I am too new to be questioning I guess but I had to throw that out there. There are always two sides of a story.

By all means, you are welcome to publicly question anything at all and certainly to present a different side of the story. We seek truth, not to present one-sided stories.

ALL are victims here, including those deemed "guilty". Welcome to our forum, we look forward to and thank you for your participation.

The father of Billy Scott - Guy Scott Sr. - soon became outraged concerning the investigation and the way it was conducted in the triple homicides of Consolidated Road in 1987. His efforts eventually led to the creation of a Citizen's Task Force, during which time he collected a great amount of taped and notarized witness statements in many cases of official wrongdoing in Preble County. Since that time and till this very day, the Scotts have been victims of horrendous intimidation, retaliation, and false charges.

The survivors of the victims of Consolidated Road are eternally grateful to this family, and deeply regret the incredible pain and suffering they have endured.

The following documents are notarized witness statements concerning law enforcement officials trying to make deals in exchange for false testimony against Billy Scott in the murder case of Lesa Buckley.

The Scott family merely requests that Billy be allowed a fair trial with all evidence and witnesses available to the jury and judge. This forum joins the Scotts in their efforts for true justice by posting a small fraction of the available documents - so that our viewers may get a general idea of the obstacles this family has had to deal with.

Two witnesses were used in the conviction of Billy Scott for the murder of Lesa Buckley. The first witness later recanted his statement and confessed to making a deal for his legal problems. That recantation follows below...

The second witness is highly questionable and is likely soon to be likewise proven false.

This "witness" is now residing in the Ohio Corrections Medical Center after going on to commit other crimes and eventually being found guilty of attempted murder, burglary, aggravated burglary, and murder. He shot his wife in the head. She may have been saved had law enforcement dealt justice instead of arranging deals so they could come up with a witness in a case where there were none...

While the initial investigation of the Lesa Buckley murder was being investigated, Billy Scott was the victim of a "hit" by a group of "bikers". The hit has several ties to persons interested in the Lesa Buckley case.

While sitting in his parked car, he was approached by a group of men. The night before, he had received a thinly veiled threat - something to the effect that he should enjoy his evening, it may be his last. Billy had put a gun in his car that day, due to the threat of the previous evening.

As he sat in his car that day, the men approached him with crowbars, and when they began attacking Billy pulled out his gun and shot and killed 3 men. Billy was found to have acted in self defense, but the prosecuting attorney insisted the jury find him guilty on a lesser charge.

The fourth man survived. Following is a witness statement from someone who had been visiting that fourth person in the hospital...

A witness who could have been quite valuable in seeking truth in the Lesa Buckley murder was intimidated, harassed, and harmed by Preble County officials in their attempts to keep him quiet. This experience is not unlike similar incidents experienced by witnesses in the Consolidated Road homicides.

These are all incredible documents, but could possibly not hold up in court. However, there is no reason at all why a good investigator could not use these as a starting point and contact each witness and get solid, legal testimony.

This whole case needs re-investigated. Certainly there are two sides to a story and we have presented only one, but we feel the other side was the side that was presented in court. The story we portray in conjunction with the ClearBillyScott website sheds incredible doubt on the investigators themselves, casts serious doubt concerning the person's guilt who is currently paying for this crime, and astounds us all that the persons all the witnesses name were NEVER investigated.

Thank you, thank you to all those coming forward with information in regards to this case. We have two that are willing to testify now that Tony Young wasn't even at the party

.

Even though we seem to have come far enough to convince the public and any "regular" people we show, we still need to convince proper authorities that this case must be investigated again. So, please contact me with information or for the agent's number. We need all we can get - we have made tremendous progress since posting, so let's keep it up. Both Billy and Lesa need our help in gaining the justice that has been delayed 16 years.

Keep plugging at this! I've seen and read all of this before and it's a real travesty. Those of you who say you knew Rick Stoner, my mom knew him and she had had some problems with him. Billy has served his time for that crime however, he is still incarcerated for the Buckley case and his finding of guilt is far from being the truth.
