In a notarized statement, a witness in the Lesa Buckley case appeared at the Preble County sheriff's office asking to speak to the (former) Prosecuting Attorney, Wilfred Dues. This witness was one of the last persons to see Lesa Buckley alive. In a private investigator's report, an interview with a witness in the Lesa Buckley murder case appeared at the Preble County sheriff's office asking to speak to Wilfred Dues.
