Eventually, the defendant in the Lesa Buckley case was attacked. The night before, the defendant had received a verbal threat, and began to carry a gun. During the attack the defendant shot 3 of his attackers, 2 of them died as a result. A year after the death of Lesa Buckley, a young man came forward with testimony against the defendant in that case. Coincidentally, this witness's mother was dating the brother of one of the attackers from the incident above. That brother died in the attack he was perpetrating, and this witness appeared shortly after. (Tony Young statement) www.clearbillyscott.com/reports/deal/Tonystatement.pdf
