October 30th will be the 20th anniversary of the Consolidated Rd. triple homicide. The lives of David Smelser, Melinda Newcomb, and Donnie Marker will be celebrated and the community will be reminded that the case remains unsolved.
The event will be a candlelight vigil in front of the courthouse in Eaton at 7:00pm.
We look forward to meeting the family members, friends, and valient soldiers for justice of these victims.

Andrea your fears are justified but there is enough publicity around this that they will keep their distance. I hope all who you fear are so afraid of this they stay locked in their homes and far away that night. ;D I won't go to PC anymore. The last time I was there I got a bad feeling. It's just an evil place and I believe the spirits of those who have been tormented and passed on roam the county demanding to be heard. They will be heard and hopefully soon. As long as we remember their spirit will drive us to fight. Just want to make a short but official statement, just in case... I fear retaliation and for my safety while in Preble County. Andrea Marker

Thanks, friend. The statement has been advised legally, just following orders. I am sure everything will be fine. You will be missed on Tuesday, you have been a powerful voice for the many victims of Preble County. You stay where you are and remain safe, I will be sending you pictures and updates every evening!
