I divorced an ohio state trooper one year ago. if anyone read my other thread he got my kids due to lies. i have since then filed for custody without a lawyer because i cannot afford one. before i did this i turned him in to children services because of pornographic pictures my kids had brought me from their family camera. He got mad that i did this so he filed for a child support order. We went to court monday may 5th. Of course he had court that day for work related things so he was in full uniform. when we were called into the court room he asked the judge if he should remove his gun belt. she replied with "this won't take long". I then proceeded to tell her i felt intemidated by him having his gun on him. She proceeded to say she was not playing my game". children services had an attorney present in which she replied "I will sit in between you that way he can shoot me first"
I feel the court system thinks this is a joke. but with the custody battle going on and him being upset about the whole thing i really did feel threatened with him coming into the court room with a gun on his hip. but again it just proves that law enforcement is allowed to do what they want no matter who the intemidate along the way.
